A 5-week visual arts programme that took place during the summer holidays in 2002 for young people between the ages of 8 and 12.
Young people took part in workshops to design images representative of their local environment.

They worked with artist Anita Rivera, prop maker John Neville, and artist Marylyn Mathieu and were assisted by Pam Owen, the current Chairman for the Residents Association and wrote personal narratives and wishes relating to the past, present and future of Scrattons Farm Estate.
These narratives were engraved into a series of metal stars to form part of the installation artwork to be sited on the Scrattons Farm Estate.

Scrattons Farm Visual Arts Project is part of Arts Programme and Cultural Development Education Out-reach Programme and was funded through the government's Behavioural Improvement Programme, which aims to provide summer learning opportunities for young people from hard to reach groups.
