Barking Town Hall

The Town Hall in Barking was built in the '1950s' and features an imposing clock tower.

Its design was the result of an architectural competition held just before the commencement of World War II.

The winning architects were Herbert Jackson and Reginald Edmonds who created the 4-storied Town Hall including 1 floor below street level.
