The team aims to protect consumers. We will investigate complaints about traders, give advice and answer your consumer protection queries.
If the law is broken, we will investigate the case and may prosecute.
We protect traders from unfair or illegal competition.
Traders can also receive advice on how to comply with the law relating to the goods or services they provide.
