Accommodation Services Team

The Accommodation Services Team provide temporary accommodation and support to homeless customers while their homelessness application is being assessed.

The team manages our Homeless Persons Hostel and other forms of temporary accommodation.

We provide ongoing support to the vulnerable and young people in temporary accommodation and for a transitional period to permanent accommodation - with a view to promoting tenancy sustainment, independent living skills and reducing repeat homelessness.

We are developing new accommodation initiatives alongside colleagues and other partners to further improve the temporary accommodation, support and resettlement service offered to our community.
