Oldmead and Bartletts House Refurbishment Project
Future plans
Oldmead House, Exeter Road and Bartlett's House, Vicarage Road (part of the Village Ward) will be brought up to the government's 'Decent Home Standard'. This means they will be warm and watertight, have central heating and modern kitchens and bathrooms.
Your role
Residents will have a very important role throughout the project. Capital Works has developed a Consultation Strategy to make sure residents are fully informed about the progress of the project and involved in the decisions that need to be made throughout the process.
The Scope of Works for the project was created in consultation with residents.
