Enterprise

Enterprise took over the Thames Accord company in September 2007 and will continue with delivering the Repairs and Maintenance Services but with objectives to improve standards and performance.

Repairs are now carried out by Enterprise who have become the new strategic partners with the council.

Enterprise is a national infrastructure maintenance provider which includes companies that have been operating in social housing for over 20 years. They have a good track record of achievement in all of the areas in which they operate.

Their joint venture with Economic Development Services, The Enterprise Foundation, a not-for-profit organisation, supports communities to create sustainable employment, develop businesses and can invest directly in ventures.
