The Repairs Service was the subject of a Best Value review, which was re-inspected by the Housing Inspectorate in February 2003.

 

The inspectors found that there had been good improvements since their last inspection in 2001 and they assessed the service as a 1 'star' fair service with promising prospects for future improvement.

 

There is a best value improvement plan in place to ensure that improvements in the service continue.
