Art Blanche is art produced by people with learning disabilities, many of whom also have complex needs/physical disabilities. Various art projects have been produced by service users who attend Heathlands and Riverside day centres in Barking and Dagenham.
Valuing People is the government's plan for making the lives of people with learning disabilities, their families and carers better.
It was written in 2001, and it was the first White Paper for people with learning disabilities for 30 years. It covers England.
