Who is the service provided to?
The service is provided to adults who have a learning disability.
Age range
18 - 65 years.
Who is eligible for the service?
Adults with learning disabilities who require additional support.
How is the service accessed?
The service is accessed by referral via the Care Management Team

Capacity
Maximum 10 service users.
Is there a charge for the service?
No. However, there is a minimal charge for refreshments.
Attendance details
Attendance must be booked in advance via the Care Management Team.
Opening hours
Saturday and Sunday (9am - 4pm).
Location
Road: Heathlands is situated in the Heathway - opposite Connor Road, which comes off the Heathway
Rail: Dagenham Dock (Chequers Lane)
Tube: Dagenham Heathway (District Line). It is a 20 minute walk from here or you can take the 173 or 175 (below)
Bus: Buses 173 and 175 run along the Heathway
