If you plan to move into an independent care home without the help of Adult and Community Services you can contact the Commission for Social Care Inspection who can provide a list of all registered residential homes in the area as well as copies of the most recent inspection reports.

If you remain unhappy or feel that a complaint has not been properly dealt with, please call or ask to talk to the Customer Complaints Team.
