The Registration Service participates in our Corporate Complaints Procedure.
Of course we hope that you will be completely satisfied with the service you receive. If, however, you are at all unhappy with the way we have dealt with you please discuss your dissatisfaction with The Superintendent Registrar, the department's Complaints Officer or write to the Regeneration Department, Town Hall, 1 Town Square, Barking, IG11 7LU.
