Pre-paid parking permits
Barking Town Centre
This permit is available to local workers in and around Barking Town Centre. Permits may be used in Wakering Road, Linton Road, London Road Multi Storey car park and Linton Road car park (Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays only) and are subject to change over the Christmas period - please note any information contained on tariff boards.
To get a pre-paid parking permits, applicants are required to supply valid insurance documents for the vehicles and company's stamp in the space provided.
The costs of the permits are:
- £420 each per annum
- £120 each per quarter
Permits may be purchased by post, by writing to Parking Services at the address shown or by visiting the Barking Learning Centre, One Stop Shop, 2 Town Square, Barking, IG11 7NB.
Opening hours:
9am - 7pm, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday
9am - 5pm, Wednesday and Saturday

Heathway
This permit is available to local workers in and around the Heathway Mall for use in the Heathway Multi Storey car park.
To get a pre-paid parking permits, applicants are required to supply valid insurance documents for the vehicles and company's stamp in the space provided.
The costs of the permits are:
- £340 each per annum
- £95 each per quarter
Permits may be purchased by post, by writing to Parking Services at the address shown or by visiting the Barking Learning Centre, One Stop Shop, 2 Town Square, Barking, IG11 7NB.
