Building Cleaning Group

The Building Cleaning Group provides a range of services:

A comprehensive daily and periodic cleaning service to most of our municipal and educational buildings
Acts as agent for the procurement, management and monitoring of all window cleaning contracts
Manages the provision of public conveniences|

The service is currently carrying out the cleaning of 150 buildings, including schools, the Barking College, public buildings, Community Halls and public toilets.

The Building and Cleaning group is also responsible for setting up and monitoring window cleaning contracts for schools, public buildings and community halls.

Due to Compulsive Competitive Tendering, the Building and Cleaning service is competitively priced and production rates are at a commercial level.
