Just Walk Programme Nature Walks

Everyone can benefit from exercise, whatever your age, whatever your ability, and however unfit you feel at the moment.

One of the best forms of exercise is one that you can fit into your daily routine and what easier way than walking.

The 'Just Walk' campaign can form part of a lifestyle change towards more exercise and a greater sense of well-being. Walks are tailored to the specific community carrying out the walk, but the benefits to each group will be the same.

Benefits include:

Its free, its low risk and its enjoyable, so Just Walk!

Just Walk Nature Walks run in partnership between the Sports Development Unit and the Parks and Countryside Ranger Service.

For more information on the walks please contact the Sports Development Unit at the address shown.
