We are committed to making sure that we use customer feedback to help us improve services, focus on the needs of customers, and increase customer satisfaction with our services.

 

In most cases, people are happy with the service they receive and we will be very pleased to receive your comments or compliments.

 

We value feedback about the services we provide and recognise our customers' right to complain if something does go wrong.

 

There is a procedure for this purpose, called the Corporate Complaints Procedure.

These are normally outside our Complaints Procedure but we will consider whether the policy needs reviewing because of what you say.

Children, Adult and Community Services

If your complaint is about Children, Adult and Community Services please use the online Adult and Community Services complaint facility. You can also telephone Linda A Smith on 020 8227 2405, or email linda.a.smith@lbbd.gov.uk, for a copy of one of the leaflets.

 

Schools

If your complaint is about an individual school you should contact the Head Teacher first. Please see the Schools Complaints Procedure web page for further information.
