The Local Land Charge Service aims to provide a fast, accurate and responsive service at all times.
We have invested in a fully computerised Local Land Charge system CAPS - TLC which became fully operational on 1 April 1999. Users of the service now benefit from clearer, summarised information as to entries on the register relating to their property.
Searches also include information as to where to inspect documents or obtain copies.
The Local Land Charges Service participates in the Council's Corporate Complaints procedure, of course, we hope that you will be completely satisfied with the service you receive if, however you are unhappy with the service given, please contact the Corporate Complaints Team.
