Do you expedite searches?

We do not expedite searches, but if your search is urgent then please contact us so that we can do all we can to help you and your client. We currently complete and despatch searches within 1-3 working days.

Do you need plans?

We ask that you submit with your search application 2 site location plans clearly marking the area that you want us to search on. This not only helps us but also ensures that the search application is not delayed.

Do you do landfill searches?

No. This information is available for a fee of £50 + vat. You must also contact the Environmental Protection Team on 020 8227 5691.

What is your fee?

Our current standard search fee is £118.

What is your commercial search fee?

Our commercial search fees are the same as residential £118.
