During the period of 1 April 2006 to 31 March 2007, 100% of standard searches were carried out in 10 working days.
We aim to turnaround 100% standard searches within 1 to 5 working days from the date of receipt off the LLC1 and CON29 forms.
Please note: No search can be cancelled after 1pm on the day we receive it, as this is our deadline for cancellations and refunds.
Personal searches can be made by appointment only, between the hours of 10am - 12pm and 2pm - 4pm. These must be booked 24 hours in advance by contacting the Local Land Charges Section at the number and address shown.
A good sufficient location plan clearly outlining the property being searched is required.
