Personal visit

The office is located at:

Opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 5pm.

 

Telephone call

The calls are received directly to an Officer or if all available lines are in use to a message advising you that our lines are busy. The line opens at 8.30am and stops allowing calls to the queue at 5pm.

 

Written correspondence

Any letters, forms and so on should be sent to the housing and council tax benefit office at the address shown.

 

Textphone

This is a 24 hour service that is available to anyone with access to a Textphone. The line is usually on the auto-answer facility but is monitored so if a return number and brief outline of the enquiry is left an officer will call back shortly.

 

Email

This address is a public folder, and is monitored on a daily basis and any enquiries acted upon as soon as possible (24 hour).

 

Fax

The faxes received on the Revenues Fax machine are passed to the relevant section and then dealt with accordingly (24 hour).
