The Annual report summarises our financial information and gives us the opportunity to let you know about our priorities, projects and inspections.
Budget book/ budget summaries / revenue and capital estimates
These documents provide details of both our Revenue and Capital budgets and plan summaries for the financial year. All the budgets have been prepared in accordance with our financial planning processes and approved by our Assembly meeting.
Capital programme 2010-11 to 2013-14
The report sets out the Council's spending plans for the next 4 years and details the arrangements to assist the Council achieve all of its Community Priorities via a prudent and affordable programme.
The Capital Strategy is an over-arching policy document which relates to capital investment in its services. The strategy describes how the deployment and redistribution of capital resources contributes to the achievement of corporate objectives.
Pension fund reports
This section contains information on the Pension Fund and how the Council administers in accordance with the Superannuation Act 1972, the Local Government Act 2000 and subsequent Local Authority (Function and Responsibilities) Regulation 2000.
Medium term financial strategy
The Medium Term Financial Strategy sets out the framework for using our finances to deliver the community priorities over the next 3 years. It is driven by our desire to maximize its impact in addressing the needs of local people, delivering against the Community priorities and working with the local community. It is a rolling strategy that is updated annually as part of the regular financial planning process.
