  This includes all the personal licences issued by this authority under the Licensing Act 2003. We have separated out our personal licence holders into alphabetical sections to make it easier for searching.

  Personal licence surrendered
  These include all licences that the holder has surrendered.

  Personal licences revoked
  This includes all licences that have been revoked by Magistrates following relevant convictions.

   

• Temporary Events Notices 

  Applications received
  This includes applications for the authorisation of relatively small scale ad hoc events, held in or on any premises involving no more than 499 people at any one time.

  Applications granted
  This includes all temporary event notices issued with details of times and licensable activities that have been granted.

   

• Licence reviews 

  Premises licence
  This includes all applications from people requesting a review of a premises licence under the 4 licensing objectives.

  Club premises licence
  This includes all applications from people requesting a review of a club premises certificate under the 4 licensing objectives.

  Premises after a closure order
  This includes all premises or clubs that have been closed under the Licensing Act 2003.

  Personal licence
  This includes the applications for the review of personal licences issued by this authority under the Licensing Act 2003.

   

• Appeals received 

  Appeals made by the applicant
  This includes any appeals made by an applicant to the Magistrates Court against the decision made by the Licensing Board.

  Appeals made by interested parties
  This includes any appeals made by any interested party to the Magistrates Court against the decision made by the Licensing Board.

  Outcome of appeals
  This includes the outcome of the appeals by the Magistrates Court.

   

• Licensing and Regulatory Board 

  The Licensing and Regulatory Board is made up of 10 councillors and meets about every 2 weeks, usually at the Civic Centre in Dagenham commencing normally at 6pm. Their role is to hear contested applications and review applications under the Licensing Act 2003.

   

• Hearing dates 

  This gives details of the dates that the Licensing and Regulatory Board are due to meet.
