The Council's temporary accommodation includes a hostel, Bed and Breakfast, Supported housing accommodation, Houses in Multiple Occupation and Private sector licensed accommodation within the borough.
Use of the different types of accommodation will be determined by a number of factors including size of family, support needs, cost and availability.
If temporary accommodation is provided for your use, you will be liable for all associated costs for that accommodation type such as the rent.
The placement of households into emergency accommodation, and the type of provision is at the discretion of the Housing Advice Service.
