The One Stop Shop is the place to come for help, advice and information on a range of services offered by the Council and its partners. Our experienced staff are able to deal with your enquiries quickly and efficiently in modern, comfortable surroundings. It is our aim that all your needs, from education to freedom passes, can be met in just one visit.

The One Stop Shop offers the following services:

- Council tax enquiries
- Housing advice
- Education advice and school applications
- Free school meals and uniform grants
- Student loans
- Recycling and rubbish collection
- Estate management for council tenants
- Freedom passes
- Parking permits
- Bill payment
- General advice
The One Stop Shops also includes self-service computers and free to use telephones for customers.
