How is it different from my programme with an instructor?

What can they do for me?

  1. Improve your overall fitness: Improve strength, flexibility, endurance, posture, balance, coordination and cardiovascular health while monitoring your performance and fine-tuning your programme as you progress
  2. Stick to it: Making a commitment to regularly meeting with a trainer, you will benefit from individualized attention, support and motivation
  3. Reach or maintain your ideal weight: Body fat reduction, weight management, body shaping and toning can all be achieved with a Personal Trainer who will help you set realistic goals and determine the most effective strategy
  4. Stop wasting time: Learn the correct way to exercise to give you maximum benefit with the minimum amount of time

Components of a personal training programme

Opening hours

Monday - Friday, 6pm - 10pm

Saturday, 8am - 1pm

Sunday, 8am - 5pm

 

The sports facilities are open during the day from 8am - 10pm during school holidays.
