Personal Training
- A 'one-to-one' work-out with a specially trained and qualified fitness professionals who will give you that extra motivation and guidance with a view towards achieving your specific goals
How is it different from my programme with an instructor?
- Your fitness instructor creates a programme based on your needs and goals from then on, it's up to you on how many sessions you take!
- Working with a Personal Trainer adds motivation and specific training needs to your work-out. The Personal Training Package provides a continual development of your training programme, based on recurrent assessment and coaching
What can they do for me?
- Improve your overall fitness: Improve strength, flexibility, endurance, posture, balance, coordination and cardiovascular health while monitoring your performance and fine-tuning your programme as you progress
- Stick to it: Making a commitment to regularly meeting with a trainer, you will benefit from individualized attention, support and motivation
- Reach or maintain your ideal weight: Body fat reduction, weight management, body shaping and toning can all be achieved with a Personal Trainer who will help you set realistic goals and determine the most effective strategy
- Stop wasting time: Learn the correct way to exercise to give you maximum benefit with the minimum amount of time

Monday - Friday, 6pm - 10pm
Saturday, 8am - 1pm
Sunday, 8am - 5pm
The sports facilities are open during the day from 8am - 10pm during school holidays.
