CLG and CIH attend ELHP Tenancy Reform Workshop

There were detailed conversations about who will live in affordable rent properties, who would benefit from a fixed term tenancy and sub-regional nominations. First cases are underway for the Safe and Secure project
'Safe and Secure' has been established to assist households affected by gang violence to move on. In East London, Hackney, Newham and Waltham Forest are the pilot areas. Local Authorities work with the Met Police and third sector providers to move households away from a gang lifestyle. For further information contact Margaret Williams.

4 bed house made available through the Under-occupation project
