Rough Sleeping - ELHP launched 'No-One Left Out'
East London Rough Sleeping Strategy on 15 December 2010. Cllr Marie Pye, Chair of the East London Housing Partnership said ‘This multi agency collaboration was inspired by the recognition that behind the statistics are real people, who at this moment in their lives need support to move off the streets, to rebuild their lives and move on from their experience of homelessness.
