How the Partnership works

East London Housing Partnership is accountable to a Board comprising the Cabinet Member for Housing from each local authority in the partnership. This Board sets the strategic direction for the partnership and speaks on behalf of the partnership about key issues affecting housing in East London.

The work programme for the partnership is led by the Chief Officers for Housing from each local authority and a senior representative from partner Registered Social Landlords.

The work programme for the partnership is delivered by the following sub-groups: Affordable Housing Delivery; Homelessness; Lettings; Policy and Strategy. Additional working groups have been set up for specific tasks.
