Strategy and Targets

East London Housing Strategy aims for 50% of new build social rented accommodation to have move than 3 bedrooms. Over time, increasing the supply of larger homes in this sub-region should address some of the over-crowding in East London.

Extensions and Deconversions

East London Housing Partnership coordinates a programme of extensions and de-conversions of publicly owned properties to increase the supply of larger homes.
