Opening hours

We are open Monday to Friday between 8am - 6pm, and supported by over 20 staff. In addition, our specialist and field staff continue to support customers on more complex issues.

Our telephone contact facility launched on 25 October 2004 and promises to be a great benefit to the local community. We are putting the customer at the heart of our services offering high-quality customer care and easier access to council services.
