David is the Corporate Director of Customer Services, a new directorate since 1 April 2006 focused on setting an excellent standard for all the customer services.

 

The department is responsible for Housing Services, Environmental and Enforcement Services, Customer First, Revenues and Benefits and Policy, Performance and Programmes.
