Nick Kingham

Assistant Chief Executive (Performance and Delivery)

Nick was appointed as the Assistant Chief Executive in January 2006. Prior to this he had worked with the Chief Executive to redesign and implement a new structure for the council which had a Children's Services Directorate.

Nick was previously the Head of Strategy in the Regeneration Department and led on the 2-star Best Value Review.

Nick began his career in the London Borough of Newham in the Housing Department and also worked in Bethnal Green Neighbourhood at the London Borough of Tower Hamlets where he led the decentralisation into one stop shops and managed a range of frontline services in one of the most deprived areas in the country.
