Do you need help with an existing or ongoing repair in your home?
You can now speak to a member of our repairs team face-to-face at Barking Learning Centre and Dagenham Library, to get an update on your repairs issue or ask any questions.
Repairs surgeries will be open for appointments on the first and third week of every month between 9.30am – 3.30pm.
The first few months will be walk-in only – so no bookings required:
- Dagenham Library (Ground Floor Glass Pod): Monday 6 November 2023, 9.30 – 3.30pm
- Barking Learning Centre (Meeting Pod 2): Monday 20 November 2023, 9.30 – 3.30pm
- Dagenham Library (Ground Floor Glass Pod): Monday 4 December 2023, 9.30 – 3.30pm
- Barking Learning Centre (Meeting Pod 2): Monday 18 December 2023, 9.30 – 3.30pm
After these dates, you will need to book an appointment via our booking system.
