The Barking Folk Festival is one of the key events in our Summer of festivals’ programme.

  • 11 am to 4 pm (Abbey Green)
  • 3 pm to 9.30 pm (Abbey Ruins)

A free family festival celebrating the best in English and World folk music and dance plus poetry, street theatre, art and family fun!

  • Live music, crafts and carnival workshops
  • Crafters and stalls
  • Street theatre and circus shows
  • Delicious street food

Festival locations include:

Abbey Ruins Live from 3 pm is a ticketed event.

Get your free tickets through Eventbrite for both the Saturday and Sunday events.

Please note the ticket will not guarantee entry as it will be on a first come first served basis.
