About My Account
If you want to use our online services, you need to register and create an account, known as My Account.
Once you have completed this simple process, we will send you an email with information on how to activate your account. The email is sent very quickly - in most cases it will be in your inbox straight away. Remember to check your spam or clutter folder if you can’t see our email.
Once you have registered or created an account, you will be able to access the online services for:
- Council Tax
- Council Tax Support and Housing Benefit
- housing rents
Our libraries run free IT and basic computer training sessions that are open to all. You can learn how to set up an email address, use the internet and how to set up and use MyAccount.
