New CPZ ‘L’

Having considered residents’ feedback and other issues such as safety, congestion, air pollution and feedback from other organisations including Transport for London (TfL) and the emergency services, we have decided to extend CPZ L.

What are the operating times of the CPZs and which roads will they affect?

CPZ L (Area K1) will operate Monday to Friday 8.30am to 9pm (excluding Bank Holidays)

Only residents and business who have applied for a permit will be able to park within the zone during set times. People who don’t live in the CPZ area won’t be able to apply for a permit. If you have a visitor, they will need to purchase a visitor’s permit.

When will you start to install the CPZs in each area?

Subject to the weather, we will start work on Tuesday 1 June 2021.

When will the CPZs go live and become enforceable?

Area K1 will go live at 8.30am on Monday 14 June 2021. As of this date, all vehicles parked within this zone will need to have purchased a permit during the operating times unless they have a blue badge.

Any vehicle that has not purchased a permit may receive a Penalty Charge Notice (PCN).

How do I apply for my resident and visitor permits?      

Resident and visitor permits will be available to purchase from Monday 24 May 2021 (three weeks before the go live date).
