Subject to the weather, we will start work on Monday 9 August 2021.

When will the CPZs go live and become enforceable?

Area S1 will go live at 8.30am on Monday 6 September 2021. As of this date, all vehicles parked within this zone will need to have purchased a permit during the operating times unless they have a blue badge.
Any vehicle that has not purchased a permit may receive a Penalty Charge Notice (PCN).

How do I apply for my resident and visitor permits?

Resident and visitor permits will be available to purchase from Monday 16 August 2021 (three weeks before the go live date).
From Monday 16 August, you can apply for your permits here www.lbbd.gov.uk/permitapplications
