Area S3 and Area S4

Extension to CPZ ‘CH’

Having considered residents’ feedback and other issues such as safety, congestion, air pollution and feedback from other organisations including Transport for London (TfL), the emergency services, and ward councillors we have decided to extend the existing CPZ Zone CH.

Extending this CPZ will help create safer roads and pavements by reducing the number of non-local vehicles that can park in the area and making parking more clearly defined and easier for residents.

When will you start to install the CPZs in each area?

Subject to the weather, we will start work on Monday 12 April 2021.

When will the CPZs go live and become enforceable?

Area S3 and S4 will go live at 8.30am on Monday 10 May 2021. As of this date, all vehicles parked within this zone will need to have purchased a permit during the operating times unless they have a blue badge.

Any vehicle that has not purchased a permit may receive a Penalty Charge Notice (PCN).

How do I apply for my resident and visitor permits?

Resident and visitor permits will be available to purchase from Monday 19 April 2021  (three weeks before the go live date).

From Monday 19 April 2021, you can apply for your permits:
