This programme is aimed at adult residents of LBBD looking to lose weight and become more physically active in order to get healthier. It covers a number of key nutrition topics and helps you understand that, how, why and when you eat, is just as important as what you eat. The session takes place for 1 hour each week and delivered by Lifestyle Coaches qualified in healthy eating, nutrition and exercise.
Clients who self-refer should be a resident of LBBD, be 18+ and have a BMI of 25 or over. If they have any additional medical conditions, they will need to be referred by a medical professional.
There are 12 week programmes, 6 week programmes and a rolling programme where people can just join at any time. They will also be delivered at times and venues to suit everyone.
