This programme is aimed at adult residents of LBBD looking to lose weight and become more physically active in order to get healthier. It covers a number of key nutrition topics and helps you understand that, how, why and when you eat, is just as important as what you eat. The session takes place for 1 hour each week and delivered by Lifestyle Coaches qualified in healthy eating, nutrition and exercise.
Clients who self-refer should be a resident of LBBD, be 18+ and have a BMI of 25 or over. If they have any additional medical conditions, they will need to be referred by a medical professional.
There are 12 week programmes, 6 week programmes and a rolling programme where people can just join at any time. They will also be delivered at times and venues to suit everyone.

Weekly hour-long sessions. Times vary. Arrival ideally 15 minutes before start time preferred. No entry once the session has started. Following sessions are ongoing rolling programme taking place every week, there is no need to book just turn up! For all other programme please contact the team to sign up.
