Housing register - change in my circumstances
Please be aware that maintenance work is undertaken to My Account between 8am and 12pm every Saturday. During this time you will be unable to use many of the features on the ‘applying for housing, council housing and rent services’ pages. You will also be unable to start or complete a 'housing application' or use the 'change of circumstances form'. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.
Use our form to report a change in circumstances regarding your existing application to join the housing register. If you have already been accepted onto the housing register, you can use this form to let us know of any changes to your circumstances that could affect your place on the housing register. We will usually get back to you within 4 weeks as long as you have provided all of the information we need.
If you're reporting a change in circumstance for your current tenancy, for example a name change, you need to contact Landlord Services
