About MyAccount

If you want to use our online services, you need to register and create an account, known as MyAccount.

Once you have completed this simple process, we will send you an email with information on how to activate your account. The email is sent very quickly – in most cases it will be in your inbox straight away. Remember to check your spam or clutter folder if you can’t see our email.

Add an icon to your phone

To make it easier to report issues to the council and track your information in MyAccount, please add an icon to your phone, tablet or computer, which will link to the website.
This is done is different ways, depending on what device you use. To do this on an iPhone:

  1. Go to the council website homepage or report it page (the page you’re on now)
  2. Click on the share button (bottom of the screen)
  3. Click on “Add to Home Screen”
  4. Click on “Add”
