Reuse and recycling centres

The main disposal site for household waste and recycling in the borough is the Frizlands Lane Reuse and Recycling Centre.

Residents can also use the reuse and recycling centres in neighbouring boroughs covered by the East London Waste Authority:

Remember to take along proof that you live in the borough.

The only accepted proof of residence are:

  • council tax bill
  • driving licence
Without proof of residence you will not be allowed to dispose of your waste for free, and a cash charge may be made.
