Short Breaks 4 Me

Short Breaks 4 Me – personal short breaks grant

Short breaks offer a chance for children and young people who are disabled to access activities enabling them to have fun, spend time away from their carers, develop skills and independence and make new friends.

You will no longer receive a £200 grant payment into your bank account following a successful application. The grant is now offered as a virtual £200 allowance which is paid into your Short Breaks 4 Me online account.

Short Breaks 4 Me replaces the personal short breaks grant application process.

You will no longer apply for the personal short break grant via an application form. We do not accept any paper applications.
