Tenant and resident associations

Tenant participation

Our Landlord Service officers work with tenant and residents associations to make sure local people have the opportunity to influence the way services are designed and delivered. The team provides support to tenant and resident groups and helps to set up new ones.

It also runs a variety of events and consultation meetings throughout the year.

How to get involved

There are several ways of contributing to the our housing services. For example, you can set up or join an existing tenant and resident association or work with the borough-wide Tenants’ Federation.
