Carer's Survey

If you are a carer in Barking and Dagenham you will have the opportunity to take part in the Adult Carers Survey. This survey is carried out every two years and is sent to every carer who has received a service over the past 12 months to 31 July 2023.

Why is the survey important?

The survey is a chance for you to have your say about how services are organised in the borough and how you are supported as a carer. This allows us to understand your needs as a carer, compare with other areas included in the survey and plan how we support carers locally in the future.

The paper survey questionnaires were sent out initially on the 16th October to carers who received a service over the past 12 months. If you have not had the opportunity to complete the survey they will be sent out again on the week beginning 20th November. Please note that there will be no cost in replying to us as there is a pre-paid envelope enclosed with survey.
