When applying, you will be required to supply documentary evidence of your eligibility for the permit.
For residents this would be a proof of address and proof of vehicle ownership.
For carers this would be a satisfactory document from a recognised organisation (e.g. NHS / LBBD) confirming the requirement for care provision within the zone.
