Online Billing and E-Letters

If you already have an account or would like to sign up for e-notifications, you can do this by logging into My B&D and choosing the appropriate E Billing/E Notification links on the dashboard.

​E-billing and E-letters provide a faster, more efficient and convenient way to receive correspondence issued by our Council Tax and Benefit Team. ​

You can view your Council Tax bills and Benefit notification letters directly via your My B&D account if you have opted in for paperless notifications.   ​

When a new letter has been generated, you will be notified by email, instructing you to log into your My B&D account to view it.

Please note that once you have signed up, you will cease to receive postal letters unless you chose to opt out of online billing and paperless at a later date.​

The benefits of going paperless are:​

  • no delay in receiving correspondence regarding your bills and benefit entitlement​
  • no risk of letters being undelivered or misplaced once received​
  • access to view is 24/7​
  • you can download copies to your personal files electronically without the requirement to print​
