This protocol outlines how agencies in London will work together to identify, assess, challenge, and provide an effective service to safeguard and promote the wellbeing of children in London who are impacted by exploitation, including radicalisation, violence, and other forms of harm outside the home. 

It also sets out our shared commitment to targeting those who pose a risk of harm and to creating contexts in which harm is less likely to occur.
