We require:

  • Passport & Right to Work document, if applicable – Visa/Biometric Card/Share Code or UK Birth Certificate or Driving Licence if born in the UK.
  • Proof of address (letter dated within the last 3 months e.g. bank statement, utility bill, council tax letter).
  • Proof of NI Number (NI Card/letter, Tax Record, P60, Payslip, P45, Benefits documentation etc).
  • Proof of Benefits – Including JSA, ESA, IB, Income Support and Universal Credit - Benefits letter or screen shot from Universal Credit account.
  • If documents are not in the same name, please provide proof of change of name (e.g. marriage certificate or deed poll).
Please make sure that your documents or pictures are good quality so that the information is clear to read.
