Phony perfumes, counterfeit clothes and fake Apple AirPods were part of goods worth more than £50,000 that were seized in a raid by Barking and Dagenham Council.
Trading Standards officers also found a number of hidden knives in the property after swooping on an address on Whalebone Grove, Dagenham.
Councillor Margaret Mullane, Cabinet Member for Enforcement and Community Safety also attended the operation with council officers. The haul of fakes filled a transit van and brands taken away for further investigation included Ralph Lauren, Gucci, Dior and Paco Rabanne.
It is estimated more than 1,500 perfumes were removed, as well as over 100 counterfeit Apple Airpods, which retail at around £150 each.

“Buying and selling counterfeits is not a victimless crime. As well as being potentially dangerous, their sale can fund organised criminal gangs and damage legitimate traders.”
Officers raided the illegal House in Multiple Occupation (HMO) after receiving an anonymous tip-off and successfully securing a warrant from Thames Magistrates Court on 24 August.
Cllr Mullane added: “We will always take action against anyone who puts profit ahead of people’s safety. If you suspect anyone selling counterfeit goods, help us do something about it by confidentially letting us know.”
The investigation remains on-going and the occupants of the property will be invited to interview under caution in the coming weeks.
